We are seeking a highly skilled Rental Service Technician to join our team. As a field-based technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

Responsibilities:

Customer and Technical:

  1. Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Attend customer sites to carry out work for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Customer Breakdowns, Warranty work, Hire and Commissioning workloads.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted point of contact.
  4. Collaborate with rental desk, Sales, and Operations Team to share key customer insights.
  5. Generate regular reports on completed invoiced work orders.
  6. Communicate updates and drive continuous improvement with supervisors, operations managers, senior technicians, and customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and proficiency in using Apps, diagnostic software, and MS Office Suite.
