Job Title: Customer Service Manager

Job Description

This is a leadership role in which you will oversee the daily workflow of our customer service department. Your responsibility will be to ensure that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively.

  • You will manage a team of 10+ direct reports, guiding them towards achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Enhance the overall customer experience by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes accordingly.
  • Develop and drive ongoing improvements to customer service procedures, ensuring seamless communication between teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and identify trends to inform future decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with strong leadership skills.
  • An advanced degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to work independently, think critically, and prioritize tasks effectively.
