Wastewater Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Wastewater Engineer to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the planning, design, and delivery of wastewater treatment/network projects ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing designs for wastewater treatment plants pumping stations, and network infrastructure
  • Preparation of feasibility studies site assessments, and technical evaluations
  • Compilation of specifications and tender documents
  • Preparation of planning application documents
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including clients and contractors
  • Manage others in the preparation of drawings and other inputs
  • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle

Candidate Requirements:

  • Relevant third-level degree in engineering (Level 8 minimum)
  • Ideally 5 years post-qualification experience with a minimum 3 years' experience in wastewater design
  • Possess excellent professional/technical knowledge and skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative multi-disciplinary team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage deadlines and effectively handle multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software
