We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in shaping the future of water infrastructure. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in the planning, design, and delivery of crucial water treatment and network projects.

  • Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Development: Create innovative designs for network infrastructure, pumping stations, and groundwater abstraction sites.
  • Technical Documentation: Prepare comprehensive feasibility studies, site assessments, Multi-Criteria Assessments, and technical evaluations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Prepare all necessary planning application documents.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams, including our internal environmental and technical experts, clients, and contractors.
  • Project Leadership: Manage the preparation of drawings and other project inputs, providing essential technical guidance and support throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A relevant Level 8 minimum third-level degree in engineering.
  • Strong post-qualification experience, ideally within water sector design.
  • Excellent professional and technical knowledge and skills in water networks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • The ability to work both independently and as a valued member of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines effectively and juggle multiple tasks with precision.
  • Competence in industry-standard software relevant to water network design.
