Tech Risk Manager Lead

Job Summary:
The role of a Tech Risk Manager Lead is pivotal in mitigating tech risks and upholding operational excellence. By driving innovation in risk management, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating compliance and operational risks.
As a key member of the Risk Management Team, you will provide subject matter expertise and technical guidance to technology-aligned process owners. This includes ensuring implemented controls are operating effectively and in compliance with regulatory, legal, and industry standards.
By partnering with stakeholders such as Product Owners, Business Control Managers, and Regulators, you will contribute to reporting a comprehensive view of technology risk posture and its impact on the business.
A strong background in risk management principles, practices, and theories is necessary to promote innovative solutions and manage a diverse team effectively in a dynamic and evolving risk landscape.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and mitigate compliance and operational risks.
- Provide technical guidance to process owners.
- Ensure effective implementation of controls.
- Contribute to reporting technology risk posture.
