This role involves supporting families who are struggling with homelessness in Limerick. You will work closely with other professionals to provide comprehensive support and services.
About the Role- Work within a framework that aligns with our organization's overall objectives.
- Collaborate with and report to senior team members.
- Partner with other disciplines to provide comprehensive support.
- Deliver key-working and support services to residents in the project.
- Conduct regular home visits and key-working sessions to support planning with families.
- Foster a client-centred approach, encouraging autonomy and independence.
- Liaise effectively with external agencies and other relevant services.
- Promote partnership with stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Attend and contribute to meetings as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Prepare reports and statistics as requested by senior team members.
- QQI Level 8 Qualification in Social Care or related field.
- Knowledge of homelessness and related issues.
- Experience working with children and families.
- Key working and support planning experience.
- Good understanding of child safeguarding responsibilities and experience responding to concerns.
- Experience working with and liaising with other agencies.
- Clean driving license and use of a car.
