Chief Food Safety and Quality Officer

We are seeking a seasoned Food Safety and Quality Professional to provide expertise in ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality across our production, storage, and transport operations.
About This Role:- This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team as a Food Safety and Quality Manager.
- To develop, maintain, and implement quality and safety management systems that align with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams to support risk management processes and ensure compliance through regular internal reviews and audits.
- Manage approval processes for suppliers and products to ensure consistent quality and safety standards.
- Carry out system audits, identify areas for improvement, and work collaboratively with relevant teams to implement effective solutions.
- Ensure that training programs are current, well-structured, and aligned with required compliance standards.
- Investigate and resolve operational quality and safety concerns, including customer feedback and complaints.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical Quality management.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety Management Systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
- A valid full driver's license and access to a car.
- Citizenship or residency in the EU.
