Technical Lead in Software Engineering

We're seeking an experienced software engineer to lead the development of large-scale software systems. This is a challenging role that requires expertise in backend technologies, system architecture, performance, and data management.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop scalable, maintainable systems using Java or other object-oriented programming languages.
- Design and implement technical strategies for our website product and platform.
- Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and roadmap planning.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and effective technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and support their growth and development.
- 7+ years of experience with Java or other object-oriented programming languages.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Experience building and maintaining large-scale software systems.
- Hold a degree in Computer Science or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with databases such as MongoDB, SQL, PostgreSQL, and working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
