Project Manager Opportunity

Are you a skilled project manager looking for a new challenge? Our client is seeking a senior project manager to lead and deliver complex projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure programme, quality, and budget targets are met.
  • Drive site safety, ensuring full compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure alignment across all project stages.
  • Monitor progress and risk, delivering clear reporting to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years in construction, specialising in project management, fit-out/interiors, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
  • Proficient in MS Office, project scheduling tools (MS Project or similar), and CDE systems (Procore, BIM 360, or similar).
  • Excellent numeracy, report writing, and stakeholder management skills.
