About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Reception Management Professional to join our client's hotel team in Dublin. As a key member of the front office team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area, managing staff, and developing processes to improve efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with experience in supervising staff, reviewing SOPs, and collaborating with other departments. Knowledge of OTA Extranets and Hotsoft System is highly desirable.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, develop your skills and expertise, and take ownership of your career. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front office reception area, including staff supervision, training, and development.
  • Review and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Knowledge of OTA Extranets and/or Hotsoft System.
