Job Description:

We are seeking a Global Tax Director to lead our Group Tax function. The successful candidate will have responsibility for developing, implementing and maintaining robust transfer pricing policies according to global regulatory standards and the group's commercial strategy.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop, implement and maintain transfer pricing policies
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior management regarding transfer pricing planning opportunities
  • Support the group's financial reporting processes for interim and year-end tax provisioning purposes
  • Lead global transfer pricing compliance
  • Maintain excellent relationships across finance teams and external advisors


Requirements:


  • 10+ years' experience working in a multinational corporate tax environment
  • Experience with tax transfer pricing in a MNE environment and exposure to overseas taxes
  • Technical knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing laws, regulations, rulings and pronouncements
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional internal stakeholders
  • Proactive self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
