Job Opportunity

A seasoned professional is required to lead the management of contracts from negotiation stage to completion, ensuring contractual compliance and delivering exceptional results.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to drive growth in a dynamic organization by overseeing a portfolio of projects and managing budgets, resources, and production of programs of works.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing staff and subcontractors, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Project Management in Construction/Engineering projects. A mechanical background with relevant engineering qualification is also essential.

  • Manage contracts from negotiation to completion: Ensure timely delivery and contractual compliance.
  • Oversee a portfolio of projects: Work closely with stakeholders to understand customer requirements.
  • Support the tendering process: Ensure contract specifications are accurate and meet client expectations.
  • Lead the projects team: Manage budgets, resources, and production of program of works.
  • Ensure quality assurance: Conduct onsite visits and liaison with senior leadership on major project updates.
  • Attend client meetings: Assess risks and manage general management requirements for major projects.
