  • Handling requests from customers and employees for their personal data.
  • Searching specified HR systems and gathering relevant information to include in responses.
  • Responding to standard-level requests using pre-prepared response templates.
  • Escalating non-standard and urgent requests to management level.
  • Recording and reporting on all requests, responses, and exceptional issues in our database.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluency in English and a second language (verbal and written).
  • Previous experience in an administrative role handling high-volume emails.
  • A background in legal studies or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with computers and software applications.
