The role of a Community Rehabilitation Assistant is to empower and support people with an acquired brain injury to live valued lives of optimal independence and participation in activities within the community.

We are seeking a highly trained specialist to work as part of our team, assisting brain injury survivors on a day-to-day basis, providing guidance and support to achieve their own goals.

The ideal candidate will have a person-centred approach, excellent inter-personal and communication skills, and be able to write and speak English to a high standard.

This Specified Purpose, Part-Time contract offers a competitive annual leave entitlements and comprehensive induction and training programme, including specialist brain injury training.
