Achieve Excellence in Payroll Operations

We are seeking a meticulous and organized individual to fill the role of Payroll Administrator. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations across multiple regions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating weekly and monthly payroll runs with precision
  • Providing exceptional support to employees through prompt resolution of payroll-related queries
  • Efficiently registering new employees to our time management system
  • Generating daily reports for senior payroll managers
  • Maintaining and updating our in-house time and attendance system linked to Sage Payroll

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar position
  • Familiarity with Sage Payroll or other accounting software
