Housekeeping Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to head our housekeeping team in the launch of our new hotel in Dublin.

  • Lead by example, creating an environment where staff feel supported, empowered and motivated to deliver exceptional service.
  • Manage departmental costs effectively and ensure that all expenses are aligned with business requirements.
  • Ensure that all hotel standards are met and adhered to.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with hotel standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to lead by example.
  • Knowledge of front desk operating systems.
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues.
