Seeking an accomplished Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple residential new builds across Dublin City.

As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring construction drawings, specifications, and work requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor construction drawings, specifications, and work requirements.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of multiple residential new builds across Dublin City.
  • Take ownership of a portfolio of commercial and high-rise residential developments across Dublin.
  • Liaise with the design team to ensure works are completed according to the programme.
  • Report to and support the Contracts Director and Construction Director to ensure smooth completion of projects.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets.
  • Direct and Manage personnel, site staff, and subcontractors and manage and coordinate weekly progress meetings, workshops, and plan actions.
  • Monitor construction to ensure quality of work and coordinate and liaise with Projects Manager, Site Engineers, and Service Coordinators to ensure all personnel have accurate and timely information.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Construction Management or similar (Third-level qualification) is essential.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager with a Main Contractor or Property Developer in Ireland.
  • Proven record of overseeing projects valued over €10M from inception to completion.
  • Background in engineering is desirable.
  • Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines and update the programme when necessary.
  • Experience managing multiple subcontractors at a time.
  • Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint with Excellent IT skills and good digital and visual presentational skills.
