Residential Development Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of a residential development project in Kinsealy North Dublin.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in leading teams and managing projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for ensuring that all works are carried out to the highest health and safety standards, and that the project is completed on time and within budget.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- A relevant construction or engineering qualification
- 5+ years of experience working on large-scale residential development projects in a similar role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
