Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the construction of high-end residential projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing site staff and sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and coordinating daily resourcing and material ordering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee construction project from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  • Manage and coordinate site staff and sub-contractors to achieve project goals.
  • Maintain highest standards of health and safety on site, conducting regular inspections and monitoring compliance.
  • Coordinate daily resourcing and material ordering, utilizing online systems to track progress.
  • Conduct performance reviews and evaluations of site staff and subcontractors.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in site management on residential projects.
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations and certification standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and direct team members.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and methodical approach to tasks.
