We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of our large-scale residential development project in West Dublin.

- Job Description:
- Oversee and manage daily site operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely.
- Monitor and track site progress, handling any challenges that arise with confidence and professionalism.
- Evaluate and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to solve problems and optimise performance.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a similar Project Manager role, ideally on residential or mixed-use developments.
- Knowledge of construction software, site measurement tools, and strong MS Office skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to inspire and support your team.
