Job Description:

  4. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays, escalating to senior management as needed.
  5. Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in project management or a similar role, preferably in the residential sector.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, or similar tools).
