Role Overview

As a senior cyber risk professional, you play a pivotal role in safeguarding organizations' critical assets and customer trust in an evolving threat landscape. This position requires strategic leadership, technical expertise, and passion for protecting customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and develop a team of cyber risk professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Ensure successful delivery of objectives through self-leadership and the management of others.
  • Provide independent oversight of cyber security programs, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Lead the creation, maintenance, and governance of cyber security policies and standards.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of cyber security controls through independent testing and assurance activities.
  • Assess and mitigate risks associated with cyber threats, including third-party relationships and vendor management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years direct experience in cyber security with proven ability to lead and inspire teams in high-pressure environments.
  • A strategic mindset and deep technical expertise are essential to navigating complex challenges.
  • Able to develop and maintain cyber policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Ideal candidates hold professional certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CISSP, or CISM.
