Maintenance and Technical Expert
This exciting opportunity seeks a skilled Maintenance and Technical Expert to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining and optimizing plant, utilities, and machinery while ensuring compliance with GMP, regulatory, and EHS standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain machinery, plant, utilities, and facilities to high standards of quality and safety.
- Carry out installation, emergency, corrective, and preventive maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Complete routine PMs, update records, and keep CMMS (eMaint) current for optimal performance.
- Manage contractors/vendors on site, permits to work, and review reports to ensure seamless operations.
- Troubleshoot with Operations, Quality, and MSAT teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Ensure all work complies with SOPs, EHS standards, and legal requirements at all times.
- Perform breakdown/root cause analysis using problem-solving tools to drive continuous improvement.
- Support projects by helping specify, install, commission, and test new equipment to meet business needs.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Degree or trade qualification in Engineering is essential.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in GMP manufacturing is required.
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance, including chemical, HVAC/mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, control & BMS systems.
- Strong technical skills with a hands-on approach to maintenance and repairs.
- A team player who collaborates effectively to solve complex problems.
- Proactive, able to work independently within QMS and Engineering standards.
