Elderly Support Worker: Excellent Opportunities Across Ireland

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Support Workers in Elderly Care, Homecare, and Intellectual Disabilities sectors across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality personal care and support to elderly clients, individuals with intellectual disabilities, or those requiring homecare assistance.
- Assist with daily living activities, including dressing, feeding, and mobility support.
- Monitor and support clients' physical and emotional well-being.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided.
- Support clients with social and recreational activities, promoting independence and dignity.
- Hold a QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or equivalent qualification.
- Be eligible to work in Ireland.
- Possess a full, clean driver's license for roles that require travel between clients' homes.
- Previous experience in elderly care, homecare, or intellectual disabilities is preferred but not essential.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a person-centered approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, flexibility, and a strong commitment to providing high standards of care are also essential.
