Healthcare Assistant Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team in delivering high-quality care to elderly clients across various locations in Ireland.

  • Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized care to clients, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

  • Support clients with daily living activities, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.

  • Work closely with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, fostering open communication and collaboration among colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • QQI Level 5 or Equivalent Qualification;

  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and improving the lives of elderly clients;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals;

  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varying shifts and respond to changing client needs;

  • An understanding of the importance of maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
