Job Title: Beauty Service Manager

The role of a Beauty Service Manager is crucial in driving the success of our luxury beauty counter. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of product knowledge and sales performance.

**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual who shares our love for beauty and skincare. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty therapy and excellent communication skills. You will be required to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating a 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Deliver exceptional customer service, meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets
* Maintain high levels of product knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and products
* Meet or exceed sales targets, working collaboratively with the team to drive business growth
* Contribute to the development of effective counter displays and visual merchandising initiatives

**Requirements:**

* Beauty Therapy qualifications (e.g., ITEC) and relevant experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering results
* Strong organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail and ability to multitask
