About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Urology Care Coordinator Manager to join our dynamic team at Beaumont Hospital. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for coordinating the care of patients with urological conditions. You will work closely with consultants, other healthcare professionals, and patients to develop and implement plans of care that meet their individual needs.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in urology nursing and possess excellent clinical, managerial, and administrative skills. They will be able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Main Responsibilities

- Coordinate the care of patients with urological conditions
- Collaborate with consultants and other healthcare professionals to assess patient suitability for bladder treatments and monitor therapy progress
- Develop and implement plans of care that are tailored to individual patient needs
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • At least 5 years of post-registration experience in urology nursing
  • Excellent clinical, managerial, and administrative skills
  • Able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
