Job Description

The Director of Sales Development will lead a large team of sales development representatives and managers, focusing on exceeding opportunity generation quotas and pipeline requirements. This role requires a highly motivated, organized, and data-oriented individual who can provide vision and strategy for the organization.

The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience managing large sales or sales development teams with proven success in managing both reps and managers (30+ people org). They should also have 3+ years of experience managing managers in a fast-paced B2B environment and a BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities include acting as the liaison for the SDR organization with senior leaders in other organizations, forecasting accurately within 5%, setting the vision and prospecting strategy for the organization, resolving issues and making tough decisions when needed, making planning and resourcing decisions, managing expense priorities, leading change and multiple complex initiatives, developing the organization to help individuals progress in their careers, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
