We are seeking an experienced electrical site engineer to join our team on a high-profile project.
- Act as the on-site engineering point of contact, working closely with the project manager.
- Manage and produce comprehensive project documentation packs in line with client and project requirements.
- Review and verify electrical designs, calculation tables, cable sizing, protection devices, fire alarm systems, energy load calculations, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure installation quality and adherence to standards.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in electrical services engineering or equivalent and a minimum of 2–3 years' post-qualification experience in an M&E contracting or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical standards, regulations, and safety systems.
- Proven experience creating and managing documentation packs.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high documentation workload with minimal oversight.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain the rationale behind engineering decisions.
