Main Purpose of the Role
The Continuous Improvement Specialist will drive continuous improvement initiatives at our site.
This role suits a results-oriented professional passionate about process optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and measurable business impact.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and support process improvement initiatives across the site.
- Facilitate workshops and events to identify and implement process enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects aligned with strategic objectives.
- Apply analytical tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and eliminate waste.
- Track and report project outcomes, ensuring tangible business benefits.
- Support the development and deployment of standard work and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Lean Six Sigma certification is required; additional certifications are desirable.
- Proven experience leading or supporting cross-functional project teams.
- Successful project delivery with measurable benefits.
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience in a regulated manufacturing or healthcare environment is beneficial.
