Role Summary

We are seeking an Environmental Sustainability Specialist to join our team and contribute to delivering a sustainable future. As an Environmental Sustainability Specialist, you will report directly to a Senior Manager and be responsible for coordinating regional activities and implementing our sustainability strategy.

Your key objective is to accelerate the transition to a more sustainable business by driving internal continuous improvement, supporting project teams, and overseeing the execution of environmental compliance to ISO14001 standards.

You will also be required to demonstrate expertise in environmental sustainability, possess advanced knowledge of ISO14001 compliance and assurance, and lead management reviews to ensure associated procedures and plans are continually improved.

Additionally, you will communicate identified opportunities and threats to the team and relevant projects, understand sector-specific reporting standards and key performance indicators, and have a good working knowledge of key strategy aspects applicable to your role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental sustainability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel nationwide as part of their role.
