The Culinary Operations Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing dining solutions to meet customer needs and preferences.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, engage, and develop high-performing teams to maximize their contributions.
- Elevate food services by ensuring seamless integration with our operational framework.
- Coach employees by fostering a shared understanding of objectives and execution strategies.
- Recognize and reward employees for outstanding performance.
- Maintain rigorous safety and sanitation standards across all operations.
Client Relationships
- Determine client requirements and communicate operational progress effectively.
Financial Performance
- Achieve key food and labor targets.
- Effectively manage resources to ensure quality and cost control within established guidelines.
Productivity
- Implement and maintain strategic plans for both labor and food initiatives.
Compliance
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees.
Additional Responsibilities
- Manage the front-of-house operations of the dining facility.
- Develop and implement food service plans aligned with our mission and vision, incorporating sustainable practices.
Requirements
- Requires at least 4 years of experience.
- Requires at least 1-3 years of experience in a management role.
- Requires prior experience in food service operations.
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
