Job Overview

We seek a results-driven Financial Manager to partner with business leaders, analyzing financial data and developing tailored strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to identify key financial areas for improvement and develop targeted plans to optimize performance.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across various departments and projects.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis to evaluate project outcomes and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency enhancements.
  • Prepare and present clear, actionable financial reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of financial accountability and strategic thinking.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, CMA) preferred.
  • Significant experience in financial business partnering or financial analysis, preferably within the healthcare or clinical research sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret complex financial data and develop strategic plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools, strong understanding of business operations and financial principles.
