About the TeamYou will be part of a high-performing HR senior leadership team, working closely with leaders across the organization to drive business outcomes through effective HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent development strategies, ensuring succession planning and retention strategies are robust.
- Collaborate with leaders to identify and prioritize talent development opportunities, ensuring the right behavior, knowledge, and practices are in place.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including organization design, team development, and performance management.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the organization.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A primary degree in Human Resources or a related area, preferably with CIPD membership.
- Proven track record of HR leadership, with experience in Business Partnering, talent development, and organizational change.
- Demonstrable experience in people management, team leadership, and complex project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
