Our client, a leading precision engineering company, is seeking an experienced New Product Launch Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the production department, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire new product introduction process, from initial concept through to full production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and lead the RFQ process, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
- Manage the New Product Introduction process, including product design and development phases.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support product development and implementation.
- Identify and implement improvements within the production and NPI processes to enhance efficiency.
- Utilise Epicor ERP software to track project progress and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
- At least 3 years' experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in working with CNC machines and robotics.
- Experience in mentoring technicians and managing cross-functional teams.
- Desirable: Project Management certification, CAD software expertise, and Lean Manufacturing knowledge.
