Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a digital fundraising strategy that supports acquisition and retention across core income areas.
  • Innovate with new approaches to engage diverse audiences and maximize income potential.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify digital needs and create tailored strategies for growth.
Campaign Development & Execution:
  • Design and deliver innovative digital fundraising campaigns across multiple channels to attract new donors and retain existing supporters.
  • Develop segmented donor journeys to nurture long-term relationships and increase lifetime value.
Analytics & Optimization:
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, analysing ROI, conversion rates, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Use insights to refine and optimize future campaigns, including A/B testing and funnel improvements.
Support Stewardship & Engagement:
  • Build tailored digital content to strengthen donor relationships and ensure digital supporters feel valued.
  • Work closely with Fundraising Managers and stakeholders to align on goals, create strategic plans, and deliver operational outcomes.
Budget Management:
  • Oversee digital budgets, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and align with fundraising goals.
