Senior Project Manager

Job Description:

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing data center projects from initiation to completion. This involves developing and executing program strategies in alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end DC projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and execute program strategies in alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align project goals and manage stakeholder expectations across multiple teams.
  • Define program goals, objectives, deliverables, and performance metrics for multiple concurrent DC projects.
  • Manage project teams across various functions to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, building and maintaining strong, positive relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Understand customer requirements, preferences, and business needs to ensure that project outcomes align with their expectations.
  • Proactively communicate project status, risks, and milestones to customers, ensuring transparency and managing expectations.

Benefits:

  • 6-8 years of experience in program/project management with data center projects.
  • PMP or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Certifications in Data Center (e.g., Certified Data Center Professional CDCP, Certified Data Center Expert CDCE) are a plus.
