About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our global logistics operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the backbone of our logistics cost management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for rate structure systems across the Global Logistics Portfolio.
  • Analyze supplier quotations and manage price components for transportation (Courier, Express Road, Air, Ocean, Rail) and contract logistics services.
  • Monitor and administer rate agreements with logistics suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Manage incoming invoices, validating their structure and data alignment, and re-upload as required.
  • Investigate invoice mismatches and communicate directly with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) to resolve issues.
  • Evaluate performance metrics like invoice timeliness and currency fluctuations, building insightful analytics dashboards.
  • Lead onboarding sessions and training for new service providers, ensuring seamless integration into existing workflows.
  • Conduct ad-hoc quantitative analysis leveraging visual tools, algorithm development, and machine learning where applicable.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred, with several years of relevant experience.
  • Solid background in freight forwarding and logistics operations, complemented by strong analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable platforms is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Prior experience with SAP freight invoice approvals and third-party freight auditing is essential.
