Industrial Cleaning Specialist

The role of Industrial Cleaning Specialist is a vital position within our organization, responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety on client sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out industrial cleaning tasks as directed by supervisors, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to complete jobs efficiently and effectively, while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene on all client sites, taking pride in delivering exceptional results.
  • Comply with all relevant health & safety regulations, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively, minimizing risks to self and others.
  • Travel to various client sites nationwide as required, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in meeting business needs.
Requirements:
  • Excellent command of the English language, enabling clear communication and effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team, building strong relationships and contributing to a positive working environment.
  • Well-presented with excellent personal hygiene, reflecting positively on the organization and its values.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide for assigned work, embracing opportunities for growth and development.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying client needs, prioritizing customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality results.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in industrial cleaning is advantageous but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Familiarity with industrial equipment and cleaning processes is desirable, enhancing the ability to deliver efficient and effective services.
  • Strong awareness of health & safety practices is crucial, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and minimizing risks to self and others.
