Seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a key member, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting dishes according to menu specifications, maintaining consistency and presentation standards. You will also train junior kitchen staff, ensure adherence to safety and hygiene protocols, and manage inventory levels. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with other chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To prepare ingredients, cook, and plate dishes in accordance with the menu and chef's specifications.
  • To maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and appearance, ensuring that dishes meet the required standards.
  • To train junior kitchen staff, monitor their performance, and provide feedback on areas for improvement.
  • To manage inventory levels, minimizing waste and reporting shortages as necessary.
  • To work collaboratively with other chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of experience as a chef or culinary qualification.
  • Haccp training and a strong understanding of health and safety protocols in a hotel environment.
  • An excellent standard of customer care and communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and on own initiative.
  • Flexibility to work early starts, late finishes, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
