Key Responsibilities- Deliver World-Class Treatments: Provide guests with a unique and memorable spa experience, ensuring quality service and standards at all times.
- Maintain Health and Safety Standards: Comply with all relevant health and safety requirements to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Maintain a thorough knowledge of all treatments, packages, and promotions to provide guests with expert advice and recommendations.
- Promote the Brand: Participate in demonstrations and events as required to promote the brand and enhance the guest experience.
- Guest Focus: Take a proactive approach to understanding guests' needs and desires, ensuring that each treatment is tailored to meet their individual requirements.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure opening and closing procedures are performed as per SPA standards to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Internationally Recognized Beauty Qualification: Possess a recognized qualification in beauty therapy, such as ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or equivalent.
- Experience in Massage and Facials: Have extensive experience in Swedish massage and other types of massage, as well as facials.
- A Warm and Caring Personality: Demonstrate a warm and caring personality, essential for providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for our guests.
- Team Player: Be willing to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues to deliver exceptional results.
- Motivation and Initiative: Be motivated and able to work on your own initiative to achieve personal sales targets and contribute to the success of the team.
- Skincare Expertise: Possess advanced knowledge in skincare, enabling you to educate and advise guests on the best skin care solutions for their individual needs.
- Passion for Spa Therapy: Have a true love and passion for what you do as a Spa professional, driving your commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Time Management and Organization: Be punctual, self-organized, and able to take initiative to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential, and flexibility with hours (no late nights required) is also a must.
