Job Description:

  • We are seeking a Production Director to drive the expansion of our production operations, supporting ambitious growth and delivering high-quality products on time, within budget.
  • The successful candidate will lead and mentor a high-performing team in a regulated environment, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and achieving excellence across quality, cost, and operational efficiency.
  • This role involves overseeing full operational scope from production floor management to strategic reporting at executive level, providing strategic input to the business plan, and representing the organisation at international conferences and client engagements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in operational leadership roles within life sciences, biopharma, or CRO environments.
  • Educated to degree level in science, engineering, or business-related disciplines.
  • Proven ability to oversee full operational scope, strong leadership capabilities, and deep knowledge of regulated production environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
