German Speaking Business Development Representative

We're on the lookout for a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to spearhead our business development efforts in Dublin. As a key member of our sales organization, you'll be responsible for identifying high-potential companies, collaborating with experienced account executives to design effective prospecting strategies, crafting compelling messaging across various channels, and sharing valuable insights to enhance our outbound processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research high-potential companies to target for outreach
- Craft, test, and refine messaging across various channels, industries, and buyer personas
- Share valuable insights, learnings, and best practices to optimize our outbound processes
- Work closely with experienced account executives to develop and execute targeted prospecting strategies that drive pipeline growth
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- 6-12 months of experience in a similar role
- A strong drive for continuous improvement and commitment to excellence
- Motivated by exceeding targets and achieving ambitious goals
- Thrives in fast-paced environments where adaptability is essential
- Fluent in German and English
