Key Performance Indicators:

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to develop and deliver solutions that drive optimal performance and cost efficiency.

They will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day performance of all applications and services supported by the platforms, managing capacity to optimize technology resources while maintaining contract compliance.

A key aspect of this role will be to maintain a capacity plan with accurate projections to support architectural and new product procurement decisions.

Additionally, they will liaise and cooperate with all stakeholders to avoid or resolve performance-related service incidents.

Annual environmental management will be required to deliver clear customer service and financial benefits, identifying and reporting potential opportunities proactively.

Assessment of new applications will also be necessary to ensure optimal performance.

Maintaining and communicating related KPIs and capacity plans to all stakeholders in a timely manner will be critical.

Further development of the overall Performance/Capacity Management discipline in cooperation with the Head of the function will also be expected.
