Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Space Planner to support the rollout of a new retail concept. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of visual merchandising solutions across multiple locations, delivering best-in-class brand presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create visual merchandising blueprints that support rapid speed-to-market and align with the retail concept
  • Audit current merchandising layouts and design scalable, brand-appropriate planograms for gondola and wall fixture formats
  • Develop zoning plans, product adjacencies, and fixture navigation aligned to customer flow
  • Collaborate with internal buying, marketing, and store operations teams to ensure feasibility and executional alignment
  • Ensure all designs are adaptable for future expansion to additional locations
  • Deliver final planogram assets in a format ready for use by in-store and visual teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in space planning in retail or luxury environments
  • A strong aesthetic eye combined with commercial acumen
  • Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach
  • Exceptional attention to detail and spatial awareness
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working in multi-brand environments with complex product assortments
  • Strong project management skills and ability to deliver against tight timelines
