Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Cork City Council is a large urban local authority with 1,675 employees operating across over 40 locations.

The organisation delivers a broad range of public services including housing, planning, transport, libraries, parks and recreation, community development, culture and placemaking.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to oversee the delivery of large-scale civil engineering capital projects and programmes in Roads & Transportation, Urban Regeneration/Renewal and Flood Protection.

The successful candidate will support the management team as required and work closely with elected members to attend council meetings and committee meetings if necessary.

They may also be required to act as a deputy for the Director of Services when needed.
