Hibernia Services Limited is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Backup Solutions Specialist to join our team. This exciting opportunity involves working with enterprise-scale backup technologies, ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of critical backup and recovery processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, monitor, and optimize Dell NetWorker, Data Domain, and Azure Backup environments.
- Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve backup failures, performance issues, and storage challenges.
- Work closely with customers to ensure backup compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
- Perform upgrades, migrations, and automation of backup systems.
- Provide documentation, reporting, and knowledge sharing with internal teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience with Dell NetWorker, Data Domain, and Azure Backup (or similar enterprise-scale backup solutions).
- Experience with Windows Server troubleshooting in a backup environment.
- Knowledge of backup best practices, including retention policies, recovery objectives, and security considerations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
