Systems Software Expert

This Senior Systems Analyst position plays a crucial role in overseeing the entire software management lifecycle for an HRIS system utilized across the EU.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and integrate complex systems to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with project managers to identify risks, concerns, and ambiguities discovered during requirement gathering; assist teams in developing effective solutions.
- Work closely with project managers to complete requirements documentation according to project timelines.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and subsequent deployments in conjunction with other team leaders.
- A minimum of seven years of related experience, including three years in a senior or lead role.
- Degree or certification in information technology, software lifecycle management, or significant training in supporting and maintaining enterprise-level applications.
- Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational objectives.
