Electrical Engineering Leader

A key role in the design, development and testing of electrical systems.

  • Develop detailed specifications, schematics, and PCB layouts for medical devices, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Lead technical project planning, establishing timelines, defining deliverables, and identifying potential risks.
  • Perform system-level integration of hardware, firmware, and software components.
  • Conduct risk assessments and root cause investigations for electrical issues.
  • Manage product changes and related change control activities.
  • Partner with reliability and manufacturing teams to optimize designs for scalability and cost efficiency.
  • Support verification and validation activities to ensure product safety and efficacy.
  • Investigate and analyze field-returned products, conducting engineering analyses and testing.
  • Support CAPA processes and manage issue escalations.
  • Provide troubleshooting support to manufacturing teams and suppliers.
  • Support internal and external regulatory audits.
  • Mentor junior engineers and stay current with advancements in electrical engineering.

This role provides a unique opportunity to lead challenging projects and contribute directly to life-changing technologies. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of EMC design principles and experience with system-level integration.
