Customer Delivery Driver Role

Job Overview

Our company is seeking a skilled Customer Delivery Driver to join our team. This role involves delivering customer orders in a timely and efficient manner, providing excellent service and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading the van with merchandise and checking the vehicle for roadworthiness
  • Understanding and adhering to schedules and routes calculated by management
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and being courteous to all road users
  • Driving safely and responsibly, serving customers with a smile and greeting them by name
  • Taking care of customer deliveries as if they were personal possessions
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A valid full Irish or EU driving license (manual or automatic) for at least 2 years with no more than 3 penalty points
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A safe and courteous driver with a good sense of humor and excellent communication skills
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure and take initiative when needed
